PSA Update: February 2026 Pricing & Turnaround Changes

Why the changes?
More collectors than ever are grading cards, increasing submission volumes and making turnaround times harder to predict. To align demand with capacity, PSA is updating pricing across select service levels and consolidating Bulk services.
Bulk consolidation (Collectors Club)
PSA has consolidated TCG Bulk and Value Bulk into a single Collectors Club-only service level: Value Bulk. This bulk tier accepts cards from all categories, including TCG.
Pricing changes for new submissions (effective Feb. 10, 2026)
- Value Bulk: $21.99 → $24.99
- Value: $27.99 → $32.99
- Value Plus: $44.99 → $49.99
- Value Max: $59.99 → $64.99
- Regular: $74.99 → $79.99
Estimated turnaround time changes for new submissions
- Value Plus: 40 → 45 business days
- Value Max: 30 → 35 business days
- Regular: 20 → 25 business days
Express and higher service levels are not changing, and these updates apply only to new submissions created on or after Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Existing submissions are not affected.
Other categories
These updates apply to cards. PSA noted that prices and service levels for comic books, magazines, video games, tickets, packs and other categories remain the same.
Capacity expansion
PSA highlighted their growth in capacity: from grading ~15,000 cards per day globally in 2021 to ~90,000 cards per day today, with plans to expand capacity further in 2026.
